Yes, you may have a house pet, a dog or cat. Permission by Management is required, and there is a Pet Rules and Regulations agreement you must enter into.

We have two major grocery stores and two health food stores within a mile of our community. In addition, Wal-Mart, Sears Hardware, and Lowes Home Improvement are within a mile.

Yes, we have two RV storage lots with a current monthly fee of $65.
